We report a rare case of an abdominal testicular mature teratoma in a 6-month-old male infant presenting with asymmetric scrotal morphology. Initial examination was significant for a left empty scrotum and normal right testis. Tumor markers were all within normal limits. Ultrasound and contrast CT scan demonstrated a 2.7 cm sized heterogenous mass like lesion including multiple calcification in left lower abdomen. The abdominal mass was removed whole at transperitoneal laparoscopy uneventfully. Frozen and formal microscopic examination showed that this mass were mature teratoma.
