Abstract Submission Guidelines

• All abstracts must be submitted online prior to June 4(Fri), 2021.
• Abstracts must be written in clear English and presented in English.
• If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission.
  If you are sure that you made a submission, check the e-mail address that you used to make your submission.
• Presenting authors must register for the meeting through the website before June 16(Wed), 2021.

Title	The title should clearly define the topic which indicates the nature of the investigation with no abbreviations.
Authors	List the primary author’s full name, followed by the other authors’ names. Affiliation should be structured as follows: Department, Institution, Country
Presenting Author	In all printed publications, the presenting author will be denoted with an asterisk (*).
Body of Abstract	The abstract should be informative and detailed with four separated paragraphs: Introduction and Objective, Methods, Result and Conclusions.
Source of Funding	Grant support must be indicated on the “Source of Funding” page. If there is no support, “None” must be listed.
Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Statement	All authors must disclose conflict of interest.
Keywords	Authors must select up to 3 keywords that best describe the subject of the abstract.

Presentation Types

• Authors have the option of choosing the presentation types (Oral / Video / E-Poster) according to their attendance type (Off-line / On-line).
• Accepted oral & video abstracts will be requested to prepare off-line presentation.
  Accepted E-Poster abstracts will be requested to upload their e-Poster which will be shown in the virtual meeting website.

Oral Presentation (Off-line)
Presentation Preparation	Off-line Presentation required. Presentation time will be scheduled after reviewing the submitted abstracts. Allocated presentation time is 6 min. (4 min presentation + 2 min discussion per each) Language: Korean or English (Simultaneous translation will be provided) *동시통역이 제공될 예정입니다.
Presentation Material	PPT: Make a presentation slide and submit it via Dropbox or onsite. *Dropbox link will be given by e-mail after the abstract acceptance.
Awards	The best presentations will be rewarded with prize money.
Video Presentation (Off-line)
Presentation Preparation	Off-line Presentation required. Presentation time will be scheduled after reviewing the submitted abstracts. Allocated presentation time is 7 min. (5 min presentation + 2 min discussion per each) Language: Korean or English (Simultaneous translation will be provided) *동시통역이 제공될 예정입니다.
Presentation Material	PPT & Video file (1) PPT: Make a presentation slide and submit it via Dropbox or onsite.      *Dropbox link will be given by e-mail after the abstract acceptance. (2) Video: Upload a video file via Dropbox link after the abstract submission.      (www.dropbox.com/request/ew0kaL4lm7ggud7WdGST)      Length The videos may not exceed 5 minutes in total length.      Quality Poor sound and picture will be excluded for consideration.      Accepted File Types Authors should submit videos as AVI, MOV, MP4.
Awards	The best videos will be rewarded with prize money.
E-Poster (On-line)
Presentation Preparation	Presentation NOT required
Presentation Material	Download the template and upload your E-poster as PDF file via Dropbox. *Dropbox link will be given by e-mail after the abstract acceptance. Download E-Poster Template

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to a presenting author by June 9(Wed), 2021.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

• If the presenting author of the accepted abstract does not register by June 16(Wed), 2021, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (kser2021.abstract@gmail.com) in writing as soon as possible.
